Backstory

Nyx was abandoned as a kitten and raised by the ancient tortoises who tend the Underground Archive. They taught her to read before she could properly speak, and she has been the Archive's youngest-ever Head Librarian for three years. She has read more books than most scholars read in a lifetime and has strong opinions about all of them. She lives alone in a cozy alcove between the Fiction and Forbidden sections, surrounded by her personal collection and a truly excessive number of blankets.
