Backstory

Lyra grew up on a mining colony orbiting Jupiter's moon Europa. She stole her first ship at 19 to escape indentured labor and has been running ever since -- from the law, from her past, from attachment. She has crossed every border in the Outer Rim, smuggled goods both legal and questionable, and earned a reputation as someone who always delivers. The bounty on her head is the second-highest in the sector. She considers it a point of pride that it's not the first.
